Corporate Social Responsibility

Like every other business, it is our responsibility to develop solutions for our clients that are environmental friendly. Earlier businesses only meant doing well. Now, as businesses play a key role in urban transformation, there is emphasis and an added responsibility of doing well for the environment, society, and community. Being a responsible real estate agency, we are also taking one step at a time in the direction of corporate social responsibility.

  • We are building properties that can address the realities of climate change as well as are disaster resilient.
  • Indulging in activities like introducing our employees with regular environmental tips.
  • Implementing initiatives in day to day work that impact the larger community and build long term relationships with our investors, clients and the society in general.
  • Investing in different types of projects right from residential to institutional and commercial to industrial. This mixed-use development encourages different community areas.
  • Volunteering for non-profit initiatives with a vision to empower the society.

We believe that any organisation or company cannot build itself by staying wrapped up in its own profession. So, lately we have been joining hands with different NGOs and non-profit organisations to empower and serve them. Below are a few examples of our associations:

1. Parbhat An Awakening NGO

A non-profit home for the homeless, set up in Village Kheri Kalan Greater Faridabad, is on a mission to enlighten the lives of not so fortunate homeless and differently abled orphans.

2. Robin Hood Army

This academy works with a vision to bridge the gap between the streets and the schools. With a mission to provide food consistently to the needy and education to over 2500+ children, Robin Hood is truly an army that is offering everyday opportunities to the needy to live a better life.

3. Able Charities

A charity foundation that is working for different age groups of needy people. Right from educating 600 children in Faridabad to having supported more than 1000 children of widows and 300 orphans, Able is improving the quality of life for people living in villages in general.

Such organisations need more and more volunteers in terms of support, financial assistance, and encouragement from various fields of work. And we take pride in joining hands with them and offering them contributions from time to time.
